Responsible for data manipulation for various NeilMed marketing requirements (Data comes from various sources)
Export & Import data into NetSuite software
Merge physician information from various sources after removing duplicates (including the current data from NetSuite) based on NeilMed company’s data duplicate removal policy.
Execute various email merge & snail mail merge activities
Help Web developer in designing & integrating database for web use
Collate various survey data into Database for further queries and analysis
Data integrity analysis on routine basis (Ex: Zipcode, state, province integrity)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (or better) in Computer Sciences
Minimum four years (may include college internship experience and course experience) of Relational Database experience.
Strong Micosoft office application expertise.
Hands on experience with Access and Excel.
Familiarity with Linking Database with web.
Strong DB schema design experience.
Data import experience into popular CRM (Ex: Siebel, SAP etc.) applications.
Able to work with remote teams in US & UK.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Strong SQL query design & Optimization

Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Direct preparation of all financial reports.

Responsible for financial statements/budgets and forecasting/cash management and taxes.

Requirements:
8-10 years of experience, some public accounting experience preferred, must have built financial systems from scratch.
MS degree, MBA/CPA preferred.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SEC regulations.
Accounting and financial management experience.
